Tiddlers is one of Christian Life Centre’s outreach groups to the community which was established more than twenty five years ago. It is a baby and toddler playgroup which caters for children from birth to three years old and their accompanying Parent/Grandparent/Carer.

The group is lead at present by Barbara, Bob, Christine and Pauline all of whom are members of Christian Life Centre.

Tiddlers meet every Wednesday during school term time, in the main meeting room. Each session starts at 10.00am and finishes just before 12 noon. We have a large selection of toys and books which are set out so that the children are able to play safely but they are always the responsibility of the accompanying adult.

At 11.00 am the children enjoy their toast and soft drink which the Café staff kindly prepare for us, with tea or coffee available for the adults.

As we do have to pay for the food and drink as well as maintain the toys and equipment a charge is made of £1.50 for an adult and £1.00 for a child once they have reached six months old.

Towards the end of the morning both children and adults help to tidy-up the toys and with the main meeting room clear we finish the session with action songs and rhymes.

As Leaders our aim is to show the love of Jesus in a caring way to all who come to the sessions whether child or adult.
