Hello everyone,
Tash & I are missing you all and we are so looking forward to being able to see you again in whatever way that is possible. We continue to keep a close eye on the virus situation and to prayerfully develop ways to connect online and physically as lockdown measures allow.
Generosity & Hardship
As the financial impact of lockdown effects many people we continue to receive financial gifts and are able to distribute to those in need. Please contact me or one of our Elders or email office@sthelensclc.com if you require some assistance from our hardship fund.
Thanks to all of you who have given as money continues to come in and bless those in need.

Lockdown Exit
Please keep us in your prayers at this time. We will continue take advice from the government, from Elim and most importantly listen to God as we prepare for the next stages. It is vital that we take decisions carefully and prayerfully. In the coming weeks we will have more information and a concise video outlining our 3 phase plan for gradually moving out of lockdown.
Reach
For us as the family of CLC ‘Reach’ is more than just Reach groups. ‘Reach’ is how we impact everyone we meet in everyday life and all of those we have relationship with. How do we impact our ‘Reach’ with the good news of Jesus Christ?
Reach groups are vital for the mission of CLC; they are also vital for our growing relationship and our discipleship as followers of Christ. Along with this Reach groups will form a key part of our lockdown exit strategy. In the coming weeks we will have more information of how to start or join a reach group.
Do not give up meeting together
Hebrews 10:25 English Standard Version (ESV)
“….. not neglecting to meet together, as is the habit of some, but encouraging one another, and all the more as you see the Day drawing near”.
We have loved seeing our CLC family continue to find new and creative ways to meet together, caring for one another, and learning new skills along the way. During these unprecedented times we have seen proof of the truth that church isn’t the building but the family of worshipping people who gather together in love for one another and love for Jesus. Can I encourage you to press in as we look to develop online and physical gatherings on the journey to meeting together again as a worshipping family.
Can I also say a heartfelt thank you for being such a wondeful church family and caring for one another so well during this challenging time.
We are so blessed to lead this wonderful CLC family.
Love you all,
Craig #Separated but not Isolated
