Hello everyone
What a vibrant, colourful and celebratory service we had on Sunday. It was truly wonderful to celebrate the diversity of our CLC family. As a church family we are international. The flavour of our many different nationalities enriches the life of CLC each and every week. Thank you to everyone involved in the set up, delivery and the tech team for delivering our service online. We are so blessed to be an international family who get to live live together, love each other deeply, and demonstrate the diversity and universal appeal of the gospel of Jesus Christ. As Steven reminded us on Sunday let us keep taking our bible pills as we live life empowered by the Spirit of God and the Word of God.
Live Prayer
Join us this Thursday at 7pm for live prayer. We will be encouraging our praying facebook community to pray and prophesy along with taking prayer requests and hearing God together.
Service plans for April, and May – Book your spaces as they are filling up fast
Following the government’s announcement of the “roadmap to recovery” we have the following plans for in person and online services.
April
In April we will have weekly services online and an online service on Good Friday. In person services for those not on the internet will continue to be weekly throughout April. We will also have two larger in person services available, booking will be required. The first one on Easter Sunday (April 4th) and the second one on April 18th. These two services will again be limited to 35 people plus team in line with social distance guidance.
May
From May we will move to weekly in person services along with our weekly online services. Again these will need to be booked and we will follow the latest government guidance on numbers attending, social distancing, and other restrictions.
Our hope is that sometime in the Summer the restrictions will be removed completely and we can then gather again all together with singing and celebration of all that God has done during this challenging season.

Testimonies witness to the Goodness of God
We have been blessed and inspire by the many stories, words, and worship you have been sending in to us over the last six weeks. Please can you continue to send us your Welcome, Worship, or Witness stories then we can all celebrate your testimonies and hear from you. We believe testimonies will be a key to God releasing greater things into the life and ministry of our CLC family.
Find out how to record and send your testimonies below:
Send us your testimonies
We love our church family and we want to hear from you!
As we continue with church online we want our services to have an authentic CLC family feel. Send us your stories of Worship, Welcome, and Witness, then we will share them in our CLC online services.
If you have a testimony in any of the following areas then please send it to us:
Worship
Do you have something to thank God for? What is inspiring you to worship God at the moment? How is God impacting your life currently?
Welcome
How are you and your family doing? Where are you from? What are you praying about at the moment? How can we pray for you? Are you new to the CLC family then take a moment to introduce yourself.
Witness
Which not yet Christian people are in you Reach that we can pray for? Have you shared your faith with anyone recently? Do you have a story of healing, salvation, or answered prayer as you have been sharing your faith?
The technical bit:
-
- Testimonies should be between 1 and 3 minutes long
- Record on your phone in landscape
- Record in a quiet area with good lighting
- Send your videos to us via whatsapp or wetransfer
we are looking forward to hearing from you and seeing you in our online services.

Hearing & Following
John 3:8
The wind blows wherever it pleases. You hear its sound, but you cannot tell where it comes from
or where it is going. So it is with everyone born of the Spirit.”
God has been speaking to us this year about movement and about new things. As we look ahead to services resuming and consider what church looks like post pandemic it is vital that we listen to God. We are the church and God has something fresh for us. However how do we follow a new un-walked path without hearing the directing voice of our Heavenly Father? Or the inspiring, commissioning voice of Jesus? Or the comforting and equipping voice of Holy Spirit? The simple answer is we cant! Our value for the prophetic as a church family and for each individual is vital in this season. God is doing a new thing and He wants to reveal that to us. Let us expect to hear Him, make time to listen and then record, pray into, share, and declare the words God speaks. Let us allow the wind of the Spirit to blow and lead us wherever He is going.
I am excited by the road ahead, excited for the journey and utterly confident we will reach the destination if we are led by the Spirit and listen to the voice of our God. I am declaring fresh revelation for each of you, an increasing prophetic anointing and a gift of faith to receive and obey everything we hear.
Love and blessings
